Usuwanie konta

GPFit · dotyczy aplikacji w przeglądarce i aplikacji z Google Play

Możesz w każdej chwili usunąć swoje konto GPFit razem ze wszystkimi danymi. Usunięcia nie da się cofnąć.

1. Sam w aplikacji (najszybciej)

Zaloguj się w aplikacji GPFit (na telefonie lub na gpfit.pl).
Wejdź w Profil → Dane konta.
Rozwiń „Usuń konto”, wpisz hasło i kliknij „Usuń konto na zawsze”.

2. Przez e-mail

Jeśli nie możesz się zalogować, napisz na kontakt@gpfit.pl z adresu e-mail, na który założone jest konto, z tytułem „Usunięcie konta”. Usuniemy konto i dane w ciągu 30 dni i potwierdzimy to mailowo.

3. Co zostaje usunięte

Konto (imię, nazwisko, e-mail, hasło), treningi i serie, plany i ich historia, ćwiczenia własne, pomiary i waga, zdjęcia sylwetki, raporty tygodniowe, wiadomości z czatu z trenerem, wyniki w rankingu siłowni, udział w wyzwaniach, członkostwa w siłowniach, powiązania z trenerem, zgody i subskrypcje powiadomień.

Dane znikają od razu z działającej aplikacji. Z kopii zapasowych serwera znikają najpóźniej po 30 dniach – szczegóły w Polityce prywatności. Trener i siłownia tracą dostęp do Twoich danych w chwili usunięcia konta.

4. Chcesz usunąć tylko część danych?

Nie musisz usuwać całego konta: w aplikacji możesz usunąć pojedyncze treningi, pomiary i zdjęcia, odłączyć trenera (Profil → Trener) albo wycofać zgody (Profil → Zgody i prywatność).

Account deletion

GPFit · applies to the browser app and the app from Google Play

You can delete your GPFit account together with all your data at any time. Deletion cannot be undone.

1. Yourself in the app (fastest)

Log in to the GPFit app (on your phone or at gpfit.pl).
Go to Profile → Account details.
Expand "Delete account", enter your password and tap "Delete account forever".

2. By e-mail

If you can't log in, write to kontakt@gpfit.pl from the e-mail address the account was created with, with the subject "Account deletion". We will delete the account and data within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

3. What gets deleted

Account (first name, last name, e-mail, password), workouts and sets, plans and their history, custom exercises, measurements and weight, physique photos, weekly reports, chat messages with your trainer, gym ranking results, challenge participation, gym memberships, trainer connections, consents and notification subscriptions.

Data disappears from the live app immediately. It is removed from server backups within 30 days at the latest – details in the Privacy Policy. Your trainer and gym lose access to your data the moment the account is deleted.

4. Want to delete only some data?

You don't have to delete the whole account: in the app you can delete individual workouts, measurements and photos, disconnect your trainer (Profile → Trainer) or withdraw consents (Profile → Consents & privacy).
